NAFCU details NCUA PPP rules in new alert to CUs

Under the rule, paycheck protection program loans will receive a zero percent risk weighting under the NCUA’s risk-based net worth requirement. West Genesee running back Howard becomes 1st member of Class of 2014 to commit to Syracuse

Howard is rated a three-star prospect by Scout.com. His only other offer so far was from Buffalo, according to Scout.comHoward rushed for 1,486 yards on 172 carries this past season for West Genesee.
